Bio-Oz Chocolate cake (Gluten Free)
Life's better with a slice of this delicious gluten free chocolate cake made with Australian grown Bio-Oz Buckwheat flour. To all those coeliacs out there - you'll never have to miss out again !!!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Bio-Oz Buckwheat Flour Bio-Oz buckwheat flour
1/2 cup milk
150g butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Takes 40 minutes, serves 4-6.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a well greased cake tin (13cm x 22cm) and bake in oven for 40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
