Bio-Oz Buckwheat Pumpkin Bread GF
Dry Ingredients
1 cup Bio-Oz Buckwheat flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients
1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
1/4 cup water
6 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Additional Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Takes Cooking time total 50 - 60 mins, serves Makes 1 loaf.
MAKING THE BREAD
Whisk dry ingredients.
Separately mix wet ingredients.
Add dry to wet and mix til combined. Mix in apple cider vinegar thoroughly and spoon into a loaf tin.
Bake at 180°C for 50 - 60 mins.
