Activated Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bio-Oz buckwheat, soaked overnight- in this time it will begin to sprout

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2-1 whole apple (depending on appetite)

  • 1/2 cup diced fruit of choice (in the picture I used blueberries and watermelon)

  • 1 teaspoon hemp oil

  • Small handful of macadamia nuts*

  • 1 x spoon of coconut yoghurt

  • nut milk of choice

Takes Overnight, serves 6-8.

Instructions

  1. Soak your buckwheat in a bowl or jar overnight. This will allow the buckwheat to activate and sprout. In the morning drain and rinse. Then place buckwheat in your breakfast bowl.

  2. Slice banana and dice apple then add to your breakfast bowl. Now add any other diced fruit of choice.

  3. Drizzle your hemp oil over the buckwheat and fruit.

  4. Now add the macadamia nuts or your toppings of choice.

  5. Place a scoop of coconut yoghurt in the bowl and pour your choice of nut or coconut milk.

Enjoy your nourishing breakfast.
